REFUNDS
- Our standard refund window is 30 days from the date of purchase for all products (software and ebooks).
- If a product does not perform as described, contains a defect, or fails to meet the stated features, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/credit card issuer and may take several days to appear on your statement.
- Upon approval of a refund, access to the product may be removed (for ebooks, access will be revoked; for software, deactivation or license removal may occur).
Please note:
– For electronic books (eBooks), refunds are granted only if the product does not work as described or contains verifiable defects.
– For software, refunds are considered if the product fails to install, cannot be activated, or does not perform as specified in the product description.
How to request a refund:
- Contact our support team with your order number, the email used for purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
- In your message, please include any supporting details (screenshots, error messages, steps to reproduce).
Refund eligibility notes:
- The 30-day window starts from the purchase date shown in your order confirmation.
