Liver Rescue is here! I have all of Anthony ‘s @medicalmedium books and they have been life changing for me and so many people suffering from autoimmune diseases etc. Liver rescue is off the charts amazing! Just from the first chapter alone I have learned so much. Your liver is amazing and performs over 2000 functions in the body. -Healing from Hashimoto s and Vitiligo. I am a holistic health practitioner and live a healthy lifestyle. But still something was missing. - I went from Dr. to Dr. and all they told me was that my body was attacking itself. Folks if you have not yet purchased this book. Please do. It is a special gift to us all. There is so much information in this book. I have been highlighting and underlining most of it. Have also been typing up chapter summaries. I have also just completed the Liver Rescue 3:6:9 Cleanse which is powerful on many levels.I have been following Medical Medium going on 8 years (only the past few years without limited beef and fish intake). I eat super No Foods clean. Do not drink alcohol or caffeine or use processed sugar or eat out or eat processed foods much. And never the standard commercial brands Yuck! I am not on any medication and have not been for about 7 years. I have been chugging along making growth and changes and loving my newly vibrant life that gets better each year. And I have not felt this incredibly jettisoned along my healing path since my sessions with Anthony (2011-2014) when I was given the truth I needed and able to finally break out of the prison of my chronic illness.Integrating the knowledge in this book has given me physical emotional spiritual and soul level shifts I did not expect. Powerful stuff. It is truly a divine book and cleanse. I feel like it has been the missing link for me. That final thing I needed to pull it all together to move through this place in which I have been happily hovering and elevate in a major way once again.How I feel is beyond words. And I am sure I am not doing it justice here. However one important internal aspect that is easy to put to words is that my tolerance for people and situations that would get to me has increased by leaps and bounds. Not triggering at all these past few days by the normal stressors in life. There is so much inner peace.Some of the outward things I see is that my skin is brighter. My eyes are whiter. My abdomen has shrunk several inches. Visibly my back and face have also gotten smaller. Everything I wear is looser on me. The scale has dropped by 9 pounds several days after the cleanse during which I ate more food than I normally do. I did not go into this book or cleanse thinking about weight. I had already lost 40 pounds since 2011 living this way. I was happy being the weight I am. Especially since my same age non-Medical Medium aligned peers seem to continue to gain with each passing year. I was thankful I was not.These things all basically happened it feels like overnight. During the cleanse I felt old panic and neurological ghost remnants leave gently. My lower back tension left. I am 54 this month and all of this is so joyful. I know this book came to me to bring me knowledge to connect me to my liver and show it some higher level love. In addition my lymphatic system (which I now know because of what Anthony shares in this book) took huge hits for me and my liver all my pre-Medical Medium life by filtering macro toxins instead of micro as it is intended. It has been freed after all these years to purge the gunk along with my liver.I have remained fat free since the cleanse. I was low plant-based fat prior and will transition back to that at some point. I have also continued to incorporate several learnings foods and recipes from Liver Rescue and its cleanse into my days. Also found a new love blended cantaloupe. How have I never tried this before? And the Liver Rescue Smoothie is delicious. I make it from all frozen ingredients so it s ice cream consistency (see photo) and place chopped dried figs on it. Heavenly!I thought I felt great before well I guess I had no idea how much more can be accomplished with the information in this book. I should have known Anthony and Spirit had more for us. They did not let us down with the other three amazing books in the Medical Medium series. I was perfectly happy and grateful to be living and feeling and loving and doing my life as it was before this book thanks to Anthony.This additional healing and elevation for our livers is beyond my wildest expectations. This is amazing. I am so grateful to Anthony and the Spirit of the Most High for this divine gift of knowledge in Liver Rescue and the 3:6:9 cleanse.
